GAP can hire a full range of products from plant and tools, including operated plant and heavy plant, to more specialised equipment and vehicles. We have a number of partnerships with a range of specialised hire companies so whatever your hire requirement we will be able to fulfil it.

Hire Administration

GAP can provide a range of hire administration services depending on what you require. These include processing breakdowns and exchanges, arranging on hire and off hire, management reporting and re-hire to name a few. Using GAP one for your hire administration provides accuracy and efficiency ensuring that response times are prompt and queries are minimal.

In addition to the hire processes that are mentioned above, GAP has the facility to fully outsource all of your hiring activities whether it be through the employment of internal hire desks or relocating your entire hire desk to GAP one. This process has been extremely successful with Scottish Water where we now manage all of their hiring activities on their behalf.

Easy Invoicing

We can offer a range of invoicing solutions to suit your needs. Invoices can be created per transaction or by summary where all details are presented on one simple document detailing all charges of a particular site or type. We can also provide electronic invoicing for reduced paper work and quick delivery. In addition to this, we have an invoice pre-checking system in place with Scottish Water allowing invoices to be cleared within 15 days of month end and with no queries.

Credit control

All GAP one accounts are credit controlled by a dedicated team so that you deal with the same person for queries and invoicing. This approach offers consistency and familiarity.
