GAP Tower Bridge Lifting relocates to Charlton
GAP’s specialist Lifting Division has experienced great success since its launch in January 2011, with continuous expansion of its depot network throughout the UK. The Company’s Tower Bridge lifting depot is no longer able to handle the extensive amount of business that is demanded of it, and it is for this reason that the lifting team, based in the London area, is relocating to Charlton on 13th August 2012.
Matt O’Shea, Lifting Sales Engineer and Manager of the new depot, has a wealth of lifting experience, having worked in various roles within the Lifting Divisions of other Hire Companies. Matt joined ‘GAP Lifting Hire & Sales’ in November 2010 with great enthusiasm and excitement for the Company’s plans for the new division, and has proven to be a real asset for the team.
Paul Glover, Lifting Division Manager, commented, “Now with the new depot up and running, we are able to keep the bar high in delivering exceptional service and keep customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. Also, with larger premises we will be more than capable of meeting all customer requirements.”

The new depot promises to maintain the existing GAP Standard, which ensures customers can expect value for money, exceptional service and peace of mind. The depot has also created jobs for four other people, who are helping Matt to maintain the current success within the business.
