GAP Event Services nominated for multiple industry awards

GAP Event Services has been nominated in the Best Fencing / Crowd Barrier Company category at the upcoming Event Production Awards (EPAs).

Now firmly embedded in the event industry’s annual calendar, the EPAs recognise and celebrate the hard work and achievements of key suppliers, contractors, venues and organisers within the outdoor and live events industry. The award ceremony will take place on 28th February at the Novotel London West.

The news follows GAP’s Event Services fantastic achievement of being shortlisted in three different categories (Best Supplier Award, Best Fencing / Hoarding and Best Crowd / Pit Barrier) at the recent Festival Supplier Awards.

GAP Event Services combines the expertise of all GAP’s eight divisions to provide a complete hire solution for event management companies.

Event Services Division Manager Daimon Dunhue commented: “Our nominations are a testament to the hard work and commitment we have put in to supplying some of the UK and Europe’s biggest events last year.

“In 2017 GAP opened new ‘super depots’ in Plymouth, Durham, Elgin and Newmarket. This has allowed us to offer customers the large quantities of fencing and barriers that major events require locally, regardless of where the event site is located in the UK.  As a result, GAP has supplied more events with fencing and barriers than ever before.

“In addition to these ‘super depots’, GAP has a further 130+ locations nationwide from which we can supply an extensive range of additional equipment including lighting towers, telehandlers, two-way radios and portable toilets. This allows our customers to take advantage of reduced delivery costs and provides them with the option to source all the equipment they require for their event through one supplier.”
