The Role:

The Contract Coordinator will work in collaboration with event team members on large customer accounts, creating quotes and assisting with the day to day running of the accounts. The will provide support to customers for the duration of contracts and deal with any queries, pre, during or post sale (additional requirements, complaints, onsite thefts/damages etc.). Within the role the Contract Co-ordinator will build positive relationships with all internal stake holders within GAP particularly the depot managers and depot HSCs.

Applicants should have:

• Proven track record in a business-to-business sales/telesales environment
• Ability to develop and sustain long term customer relationships
• IT systems (CLM, Smart Office) and Word / Excel / Outlook
