The Role:

Our nationwide Plant and Tool division hires a range of equipment including diggers, dumpers and small hand tools to companies within the construction, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

As a Hire Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Hire Desk and Transport services. You will motivate and coach a team of Hire & Sales Co-ordinator and Drivers ensuring their health and safety is provided for. Within the role of Hire Manager you will take ownership of all required reports ensuring their accurate and timely completion. You will also have a strong sales focus and be able to deal effectively with customers at all levels in the pursuit of increasing sales revenue and resolving any queries lodged.

Applicants applying for the role of Hire Manager should have/be:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in the plant and tool industry would be an advantage however not essential
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
