The right size depends on the job: a compact electric excavator suits confined, low-emission sites such as indoor demolition or urban landscaping, while a 1 to 5-tonne machine covers most general groundworks. For heavier work, our 6 tonne to 8 tonne digger hire class delivers the reach, breakout force and bucket capacity needed for larger trenching, foundation and utilities projects.
