As well as the Hire Desk, we have our Damage and Loss team, who provide an efficient, accurate and cost-effective process to ensure control of any damage and loss charges which may occur. Our dedicated Damage and Loss Negotiators accurately and transparently negotiate and agree charges directly with our customers in line with the agreed terms and processes.

Our Admin Support Team are on hand to help with a range of administrative processes that will speed up the process of hiring and making life easier for you. This includes, opening new accounts, processing payments, checking orders and account queries. 

The updated Extranet system features enhanced reporting capability and automated customer reporting allowing you to easily check your current hires.
