Your development is on the agenda from day one. When starting your career with GAP, you will work with your Line Manager to set goals and objectives for your first few months with the company. This will allow us to ensure you are enhancing your skillset and constantly learning whilst settling in your new role. You will also be invited to regular job chats where you will be encouraged to plan and take ownership of your development, with support from your Manager and the wider GAP team.
