The 5% Club

We're proud members of the 5% Club, an industry-led initiative dedicated to tackling youth unemployment, supported by the CBI (Confederation of British Industry) and the Government's Department for Business, Innovation & Skills (BIS). 

As part of our commitment, GAP aims to ensure that at least 5% of our workforce is enrolled in a structured apprenticeship, sponsored student, or graduate development programme within the next five years. This pledge reflects our belief in nurturing talent and creating real opportunities for the next generation.
