GAP's LC60-OWS Oil Water Separator allows for hydrocarbons to be removed from fluid steam by allowing low density oils to float to the surface. Settleable solids can be caught in hopper bottom.

The CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) model improves flow paths. The unit creates a significantly more evenly distributed flow, improving settlement without increasing the physical size of the unit when compared with alternatives on the market. Inlet, outlet and sludge connections are all accessible from ground level, removing the need to work off ladders at height (when the inlet is fitted with a swept bauer).
