GAP launches new customer extranet

GAP Hire Solutions is thrilled to announce the launch of a new customer extranet.

GAP Hire Solutions is thrilled to announce the launch of a new extranet which enables customers to access live and historical account information in one place including live hires, asset management, KPI’s, invoicing, proof of delivery (POD) and proof of collection (POC).

The cloud-based solution allows approved customers to log in, manage hires and create bespoke reports on their account(s) at any time, day or night. The enhanced navigation of the purpose-built extranet will make finding information quicker and easier than ever before, especially on mobiles and tablets.

Frank McGrory, GAP’s Head of IT, commented: “Our new state-of-the-art extranet is the result of customer feedback on which new capabilities and facilities they would most value, and how to make the extranet more user-friendly with cross-platform access.

“Users will find the system equipped with the tools to empower them to make increasingly informed decisions and improve efficiency.”

GAP’s new extranet has undergone a soft launch with a number of GAP’s major accounts and the feedback has been excellent.
