Mental Health 

To encourage open and meaningful conversations around mental health, GAP is committed to supporting the wellbeing of our workforce.

All GAP employees have access to a confidential 24/7 helpline, providing a free assistance programme for anyone, anytime.

We also have a network of trained Mental Health First Aiders across the business, who are available for a confidential and supportive conversation whenever it’s needed.

In addition, GAP works in partnership with the Lighthouse Charity, which provides specialist mental health and wellbeing support to the construction industry and its workforce.

Since 2018, GAP has been awarded the RoSPA Gold Award. The internationally renowned RoSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) Awards Scheme acknowledges an organisation's accomplishments and excellence in health and safety, including practices such as leadership and workforce involevement.
